We find it is the combination of the ingredients that makes this particularly effective as it combines Saw Palmetto, Beta Sitosterol, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Nettle, Java Tea and Zinc that altogether work synergistically to support the prostate. Many competitor products only contain one of the ingredients, only fighing one of the symptoms and therefore more expensive and less effective.

Directions for use :
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day for one month. Thereafter, a maintenance amount of 1 capsule daily may be taken. Do not exceed recommended dose.
