Plant sterols are found naturally in plants and so are present in the cereals and grains we eat and in the vegetable and plant oils we use. So most of us do take some plant sterols from our diet. But really, this is only a moderate amount and would not be enough to help with abnormally high cholesterol levels. Recommended Dosage
Initially take two tablets twice a day with meals. For maintenance, intake may be reduced to two tablets per day.
