Established since 1978 Grantham Health Store is a local shop run by Ruth and Adrian Spinks. Ruth has worked and run health shops from the age of 16. She has an extensive knowledge of health foods with a specialist interest in vegetarian/vegan cooking. Adrian is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and gives free advice in the shop.
