Vitamin D - This vitamin is produced within the body when the skin is exposed to the sun but some people are not always exposed to enough sun to generate adequate vitamin D especially in the winter. Vitamin D is best known for its role in bone health but new research shows that it may also be important in areas such as the immune system. Without sufficient vitamin D the body cannot absorb calcium from food or supplements.

Vitamin E - An important nutrient and antioxidant, which works at a cellular level to help protect against potentially harmful free radicals (the unstable molecules that cause damage to cells). It offers a multitude of benefits including helping to maintain heart health, supporting the immune system and the health of the skin.

Vitamin A - The Cod Liver Oil in AquaMarine® may also provide low levels of vitamin A. Also known as retinol, vitamin A is probably best known for its role in eye health, supporting the immune system, promoting skin health and healing, and its benefits to the lining of the digestive tract.

Directions for use
Take one or two capsules per day with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink e.g. milk or orange juice, not a hot drink as this may cause the capsules to disintegrate too early. Not to be chewed.

• Do not exceed recommended intake.

• Store at or below 25C. Protect from sunlight and direct heat.
